T-REX

Id like to introduce you all to my little kitten T-REX :) hes a Bengal which means he has decedents of the Asian leopard cat, I know a lot of people are probably thinking whats the difference between him and a normal tabby?? well apart from their beautiful markings, Bengals are meant to be very trainable, they're not like your usual stubborn cat, they love to play and interact with humans and are very intelligent (so yes i will be walking him on a lead like a crazy cat lady) hes only 4 weeks old at the moment so hes not quite ready to leave his mummy, we get him at the end of July... I'm just a little bit obsessed.

The Vow

This Romantic story inspired by true events had me wiping away more than a few tears, the story is about a young couple living the starving artist life style who are completely and madly in love with each other, but unfortunately their happiness comes to a halt when they're in the wrong place at the wrong time and a truck goes into the back of their car (just as they're about to get down to it), this results in Paige (Rachel Mcadams) loosing her memory from the last five years of her life and doesn't remember her husband Leo (Channing Tatum) or anything else that has changed in her life.
Channing Tatum's character Leo is literally 'the' perfect man and devotes everything to win back the heart of his one true love, but will she ever remember or be able to fall in love with him all over again, when all she can remember is her old life, with her very well to do family and friends.....

Although this film is a tiny bit slow I would defiantly say its worth a watch, even if its just to gorp at channing tatum for the whole 104 minutes :D

If you are a Tatum fan, I can guarantee you will 100% be even more in love with him after you have seen this film.

I gave this movie 3 1/2 Stars

I get knocked down..... Flowrider fails

NEW MOVIE ALERT

Check out the link on the side of my page to a movie trailer YouTube channel, the new Spider man movie looks pretty good but ill be interested to see if its as good as the original, its out on the 3rd of July and its also shown in 3D which is an added bonus, I'm not sure if you can beat the original cast and Nickelback theme tune - Hero, but we shall soon find out.

One to see at the cinema at the moment is Chronicle

In this SCI-FI Thriller 3 guys stumble across a strange hole in the ground that somehow gives them telekinesis powers, the film starts off with that strange video camera view, which sometimes annoys me but I soon forgot about it in this film, the film is full of humour but is also quite serious, with the main character Andrew Detmer struggling with family issues will he be able to control his newly found powers?? get yourself to the cinema to find out :)

Id give this Movie **** 4 stars

Surfed for Survival

Well we did it :) it was a great day and everyone was in great spirits from beginning to end! we all got to the leisure centre at 8.30, and worked the Flowrider in half hour shifts, which made it easier to complete our challenge, having the full day on the Flowrider really helped me improve my skills, I felt like I came a long way in just one day which I was over the moon about.

We had a little bit of interest from the press which was great for some exposure for First Aid Africa, I had an interview with a lovely chap from BBC Radio Newcastle, which I was a tad nervous about as I do tend to ramble on sometimes but it didn't sound as bad as I thought it was going to be, and he didn't play the bit where I mentioned something about my bikini coming off in the wave!! (phew)

We also had the evening chronicle come down and take a few pics.....

All together we raised just over £2000 from the event which we are all very pleased about, We are thinking of doing another one with Local Surf clubs, so those who wish to get involved pleaseeee do its such a fun event and you don't need to be a professional at this sport to get involved.

Vagina Cake

Yes I did make my boyfriend a Vagina Cake for his Birthday...... who ever said romance was dead!!!

Dont mean to sound crude, but it actually tasted amazing azwell!

it was a plain victoria sponge cake mix with cadburys cocoa powder (I cheated it was a ready made mix) with about a slab and a half of butter icing mixed with red food colouring and then I went a little bit mental with melted dairy milk glitter and red crystal things!!

My birthday is next month.... now that ive set the tone, im not sure what to expect.......
